Team Enneagram and Team Coaching
The Enneagram is a personality profiling system that not only accurately reveals personality patterns but also provides helpful insights into exploring ways to grow and develop the best aspects of your personality.
It provides understanding about people, their core motivations and needs.
The Enneagram (pronounced any-a-gram) figure is a circle inscribed by nine points. In Greek, ennea means nine and gramma means point.
Each point portrays a distinctive personality style that has its own way of viewing, construing, and responding to people and events.
The Enneagram can be life changing when used well but it is also often confusing as many people make a few errors when learning the Enneagram.
A trained ILS Enneagram Coach will unclutter the Enneagram for you to make sure that you avoid the mistakes, especially the mistakes that lead to mistyping (assigning the wrong Enneagram type to people).
Online Enneagram tests are only 50-60% accurate, and so InnerLifeSkills (ILS) has developed a proven way to rather Coach the Enneagram type.
This way we give people the knowledge of the Enneagram, not just their type and offer more accurate typing because we have helped someone to discover their type.

The ICF (International Coaching Federation) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
Coaching is very different from consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy, or counselling. Coaching looks at projects and challenges in your personal and professional life and helps you to overcome your stumbling blocks.
During our sessions we will look at where you are at now and identify whatever obstacles or challenges there might be. I will ask you solution based questions in order for you to find your own best outcome.

About Me
From a young age I have always been fascinated by people’s behaviour. I would help my mom with the dishes and tell her what I have observed the kids at school do and how I thought they could “fix” their issues or do things differently to get a better result.
I soon found out that this was something I could study and it was called Psychology.
My Dad wanted me to study Accounting as I was really good at Math and Accounting in high school, but I was adamant that I wanted to help people sort out their lives and I studied Psychology at RAU (now known as the University of Johannesburg).
I obtained my Honours degree in Psychology and wanted to go further my studies and applied for my Master’s degree. My application was rejected because I “didn’t have enough life experience and/or trauma to qualify”.
During that time I was already working as a Human Resources practitioner HR and in that first position I was introduced to team coaching and training. That is where the love of coaching and training began.
Both coaching and training is a positive process where you help people grow forward and spiral up in life.
Completed my Masters Life Coaching Qualification through InnerLifeSkills, at the time they were the only SA accredited through the ICF that offered in person training in Gauteng. Included in this was Enneagram Coaching and I immediately fell in love with it.
Combine the Enneagram with Goals and you have a formula for success (if used correctly).
