From a young age I have always been fascinated by people’s behaviour. I would help my mom with the dishes and tell her what I have observed the kids at school do and how I thought they could “fix” their issues or do things differently to get a better result.

I soon found out that this was something I could study and it was called Psychology.
My Dad wanted me to study Accounting as I was really good at Math and Accounting in high school, but I was adamant that I wanted to help people sort out their lives and I studied Psychology at RAU (now known as the University of Johannesburg).

I obtained my Honours degree in Psychology and wanted to go further my studies and applied for my Master’s degree. My application was rejected because I “didn’t have enough life experience and/or trauma to qualify”.

During that time I was already working as a Human Resources practitioner HR and in that first position I was introduced to team coaching and training. That is where the love of coaching and training began.

Both coaching and training is a positive process where you help people grow forward and spiral up in life.

Completed my Masters Life Coaching Qualification through InnerLifeSkills, at the time they were the only SA accredited through the ICF that offered in person training in Gauteng. Included in this was Enneagram Coaching and I immediately fell in love with it.
